Big Data will become driving force for economy, Sontirat says
Commerce Minister Sontirat Sontijirawong has shared his insights into the potential for Big Data to become a driving force in the economy.
Sontirat said the processing of vast amounts of data could generate increased purchasing power among people at the grassroots level of the economy, while creating job opportunities for people in a regional areas and helping to develop small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) through appropriate training based on individual skills.
